Returns & Refunds

  • You will be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit where:
      • the product varies significantly from the sample or description advertised on our website; or
      • the balloons and other products are defective or faulty.
  • If balloons or other products are damaged while they are in our care, we will gladly replace them at our cost (e.g. if a latex helium balloon pops while we are on-site decorating a venue or during delivery, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you).
    • We will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred either directly or indirectly as a result of decorations that become damaged or destroyed during or after they are in your care (or your venue's care).
    • Refunds, exchange or credit refunds made in-store and online will be returned via the original payment method using the original card used. Return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

      Cancellations / Change of Mind / Exchange

      • Orders may be changed up to 48 hours before delivery / pick-up.
      • We provide store credit of equal value if you change your mind or cancel more than 48 hours before pick up / delivery. We do not provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
      • Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged less than 48 hours before event as preparation will have begun on the arrangements.

      • For our event planning services, in case of cancellation, we hold your initial 50% deposit and you can use it at another time. The deposit will not expire, and it can be used on other items.

         

         

        Colour / Product Disclaimer

        • Whilst all care is taken to accurately represent the colour of the balloons in our listings, colours may vary slightly on computer and mobile screens. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.
        • Similar colours will be substituted if requested colour is out of stock. If there are any major design or colour changes you will be contacted with alternatives.

        Balloon Care & Float Times

        • Conditions such as sun, wind, rain and temperature all impact a balloon float time.
        • In balloon friendly environments, the following are the standard approximate float times for our various types of balloons:
            • Foil Balloons: 3 days float time.
            • Latex Balloons: 8-12 hours float time.

            • Tip #1: Don’t put your balloon in a hot car.
            • Tip #2: Keep your balloons at a constant room temperature - avoid heaters, air conditioning units etc.
            • Tip #3: Take your balloons out of the balloon bag as soon as you reach your venue, be careful as ribbons can become entangled during transport.
            • Tip #4:  Be careful of sharp objects and edges / corners of walls to avoid puncturing balloons.
            • Tip #5: Order balloons as close to event as possible to avoid deflating.

            Delivery

            • Delivery will take place within the delivery window. You will be contacted if any changes need to be made.
            • If recipient is not at home to receive delivery, you will be contacted with the option to authorise to leave unattended. If you request a re-delivery for a different address / time, a new delivery charge will apply.
            • We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause delivery to be late, including circumstances beyond our control.
            • We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products after delivery has taken place.

            Balloon Safety

            • Helium is perfectly safe in balloons, however breathing helium is dangerous and can result in asphyxiation. Do not inhale the helium from balloons.
            • Children and pets should not be left unaccompanied around balloons. Latex balloons, either popped or whole present a choking hazard for small children, and they can become entangled in the ribbons.
