Delivery
Delivery Areas: We deliver all over Sydney from $15. See above map & zone 1 2 3 dropdown list for pricing. If you are outside of this area, please Contact Us to arrange delivery.
Delivery Times: We deliver everyday from 11 am to 2 pm. During Check Out you will be provided an option to choose delivery date/time. Minimum Order Value of $50 must be met for delivery option to be enabled.
Next Day Delivery: Available on all items, with the exception of our bigger bulky items (Balloon Arches, Walls and Birthday Packages which require 2 days notice).
Delivery Changes: Delivery address, date and time can all be modified with 24 hours notice. Please Contact Us to arrange.
Pick-up
Pick-up: Pick-up is available 9am-5pm Mon to Fri, and 9am-1pm Sat & Sun. You can schedule your pick-up at the time of check-out.We are located 1 minute from Bondi Junction Westfield. Exact address detailed will be provided in Email Order Confirmation.
Pick-up changes: Please Contact Us if you need to re-schedule pick-up. We will do our best to accommodate your changed pickup time and hold your balloons until you arrive. Please note that helium float-time is 8-12 hours, so it cannot be guaranteed your balloons will still be inflated if you return the following day.
What to Bring: A printed or digital copy of your order confirmation email. If someone else is picking up your order, they must bring a forwarded copy of your proof of purchase.
